China Shandong Travel Service International Tourism Co., Ltd., or CSTS, was established in 1985.  The headquarters is based in Jinan, capital city of Shandong Province (1.5 hours train south from Beijing, 3 hours train further south to Shanghai). We have 14 branch companies with 72 travel retail outlets in the province, representative offices in Beijing and sales office in Europe. The business covers outbound, inbound, domestic, incentive and tailor-made tours.

Outbound-wise, as one of China’s earliest certified travel services for outbound travels, CSTS has kept a steady growth in outbound market. So far, our outbound products cover destinations of Europe, Oceania, Mideast, Africa, America and Asia. Besides, CSTS is recognized by embassies of South Korea, Japan and Thailand as the tour operator that can directly apply for group or individual visas. We concentrate on mini business, families and special interest tours like winter swimmers groups to US, UK, Russia, Australia and Finland.

Inbound-wise, we successfully received a large group of 700 tourists climbing the Great Wall from UK, Ireland, and US, and hundreds of school groups for education tours to China every year. What’s more, we also organized Miss Universe, US’ Harley drivers’ tour in Shandong Province. Every year since 2012, we host China Jinan International Winter Swimming in Spring Water Festival, attracting over 1000 winter swimmers from 20 countries. Now every year we receive tens of thousands of tourists from all over the World coming to China for touring, holiday making, visiting families and business meetings.
